The four tiers provide a roadmap for understanding the wine’s development, from its bright, youthful expression to its most complex and aged forms.

While age plays a key role in determining classification, it’s not the only factor. Each producer develops a unique “House Style” within the system, creating a signature flavour that reflects their winemaking philosophy.
